SF Refresh: April 16th
SF Refresh is six daylong citywide events that enable San Franciscans to receive free whole body care in community garden settings in 2011.
Activities include: gardening classes, yoga, life coaching, meditation, trauma care, nutrition classes, massage, acupuncture, movement classes, preventative health care information and even bicycle-powered smoothies.
The next SF Refresh 2011 days come on these Saturdays: April 16, May 21, July 24, August 20, September 25 and October 15.

The first SF Refresh event is on Saturday April 16 and is centered in gardens just West of Civic Center. There are nearly 80 free events and activities which take place at Hayes Valley Farm off Laguna Street, at The Free Farm in the Wester Addition and Growing Homes Community Garden in Hayes Valley.
