Skulls & Daisies is the first two-person show of comics and paintings by husband and wife team Sarah C. Bell and Montgomery Borror.

Mission Comics and Art hosts an opening reception on Friday with free beverages.

Monty and Sarah met at a gallery show of comics and now, 12 years later, they’re married and showing their comics and paintings together. The show will feature works from Bell’s upcoming book The Urban Fairytales: Love Story, and works from Borror’s upcoming book, Quarantined, along with works by both artists from other projects.

Mission Comics and Art is probably the best-suited place to hold this type of show, with comic book shelves in the front and an art gallery in the back part of the store.
