Free Introductory Yoga at the Garden | SF

Learn how to practice yoga in a fun, supportive class with other beginners. This class is for students who have never taken a yoga class before or are interested in learning about how we teach yoga at Yoga Garden SF. If you’re curious about yoga, but feel nervous about getting started, this is the perfect class for you.

Free but RSVP required before March 5.
