The Concord Police Department is throwing a celebration, as a part of “National Night Out,” in Todos Santos Plaza, featuring live music by “The Police” tribute band Stung and an “ice-less” ice skating rink.
Also be on the lookout for several other bands playing in various downtown businesses, police demonstrations, a farmers’ market and family-friendly activities like a jumphouse and free snow cones, cotton candy, popcorn and ice cream. Free parking for the event is available in two municipal parking garages with entrances on Salvio Street.
