The mobile mayhem of St Stupid’s Day Parade turns 32 and will be weaving its path of costumed anarchy and silliness through the Financial District, stopping along the way for traditional rituals like the “Sock exchange” (on the steps of the real stock exchange, no less) and the penny toss. Drums and other noise production devices encouraged.

- The parade starts at Justin Herman Plaza at noon.
