Vibroacoustic Sound Healing Journey

Led by Yoga Flow SF co-founder Steven Holm, this sound healing meditation will take place on a vibroacoustic floor, integrating live Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, breathwork, and deep meditation.

The vibrating floor system lets you feel the music with your entire body. This combination of vibration and sound healing will create a profound reset for your nervous system, bringing body and mind into deep harmony.

Space is limited to 30 people to preserve the intimacy of the event.
