Halloween is weird this year. We can’t celebrate like we normally would and we definitely can’t accept candy from strangers. That’s why we encourage folks to come out and stroll around in your costume and enjoy the open streets!

The Lower Haight & Duboce Triangle neighborhoods each have a Slow Street that’s limited to car traffic. Feel free to bring your own chairs, games, blankets, and snacks to Page or Noe Street! All are welcome and costumes are highly encouraged. This is a neighborhood family and dog friendly event! Cats invited too.
