Black Film as Protest: B. Monét

MASTERCLASS
Gather in a sacred space for conversation, reflection, and movement. This is a curated circle where we explore the journey to self-love, the power of personal reflection, and the legacy we are building—within and around us. Through guided dialogue, intuitive writing, and gentle body movement, we will connect more deeply to our own stories and to each other. Come as you are, and leave with a clearer sense of your path and your place in a continuing story.

About Filmmaker B. Monét
B. Monét is a distinguished writer and director who obtained her B.A. in English from Spelman College and an MFA in Film and Television with a concentration in writing and directing from New York University. She is a native of Maryland, and her films are renowned for their thought-provoking explorations of identity, society, race, and culture.
