The FIFA World Cup 2026 kicks off on June 11, 2026, bringing the world’s biggest soccer tournament to North America.

The Bay Area is one of the official host regions, with Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara hosting six matches between June 13 and July 1, 2026.

But the real action won’t just be in the stadium. Across San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, the Peninsula, and beyond, the Bay Area Host Committee is coordinating 30+ official fan celebrations, turning parks, plazas, beer gardens, and waterfront spaces into massive public watch zones all summer long.

Expect giant outdoor screens, fan marches, DJ sets, Pride events, neighborhood bar takeovers, and nonstop plaza energy.

Here’s where to watch.

San Francisco

San Francisco is part of a citywide network of official FIFA watch zones, with screenings spread across waterfront parks, downtown plazas, and neighborhood hubs.

The city is hosting 20 official viewing events, plus nearly 100 bars and restaurants joining in with match-day screenings.

All official watch parties are free and open to the public.
