Montclair’s Picnic on the Plaza Returns on August 23rd

Oakland, CA — Montclair’s Picnic on the Plaza series returns for another year on the Montclair Village Plaza at Antioch Court (2066 Antioch Ct, Oakland 94611).  This year’s series will feature various themes starting with the Health and Wellness Event on Sunday, August 23rd from 12 – 4 pm.  Attendees will be able to enjoy a series of demos featuring workouts, a talk about mental health and a martial arts exhibition as well as visiting various health practitioner booths.  Those in attendance will also be eligible to win one of several raffle prizes from Montclair businesses. 

Before stopping by and checking out the vendors, visit the local Farmer’s Market or one of the area restaurants to grab a bite to eat and enjoy it at the tables set up in the plaza.

The Health and Wellness Event is the first of three Picnic on the Plaza events this fall with Salsa and Sangria, as chosen by the people of Montclair, taking place on September 20th (12-4 pm) and Halloween Fun with trick or treating on October 25th (10 – 2 pm).
