Tech in Motion: Silicon Valley would like to personally invite all Kickstart companies and anyone who has an idea, a success story, or an entrepreneurial spirit to join us for this fun networking mixer. Start the night off right with a cheer for all of the hard work, and continued success while we bring in the New Year.
Free, but an RSVP is required. The first 60 attendees will be given one free drink ticket at check-in for this event, so be sure to get there early.
Kickstarter is a place to discover, fund, and build a community through independently created projects. Since their launch in, “2009, 7.2 million people have pledged $1 billion, funding 72,000 creative projects.” (Kickstarter). In Silicon Valley there is a tremendous amount of success stories. From Pebble, to Meta, and even Strike Brewing Company, who all embody a vision that turned into reality.
Strike Brewing Company is extremely generous to not only provide the space for this mixer, but will also be giving free group tours of their brewing facility and a “Buy 1 four-flight tasting and get a 2nd flight for a penny.”
