Mark your calendars for “SangDiwa 2015”, on Saturday June 20, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The event will be held at the Kalayaan Hall of the Philippine Consulate General Office in San Francisco.

This year’s event is in partnership with the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco and the Philippine American Writers Association (PAWA). “SangDiwa” was coined from the phrase “Isang Diwa” which literally means one spirit and figuratively “One Voice”. SangDiwa is an annual event organized by the Global Filipino Network as part of its Arts and Culture track. The main objective of the event is to help build the community through the arts.

We have invited a variety of artists in various fields including visual arts and fashion. Featured Artists and Speakers scheduled for the day are below;

Building Community Through The Arts
“SangDiwa” was coined from the phrase “Isang Diwa” which literally means one spirit and figuratively “One Voice”. SangDiwa is an annual event organized by the Global Filipino Network as part of its Arts and Culture track. The event’s mission is to help build the community through the arts. Our hope is for people learn from the finest artists from various disciplines of arts who share their personal insights and experiences to inspire, enlighten, and educate. Proceeds from this event will go to fund other Arts and Culture projects of Global Filipino Network.
