Reception and Master Class with Victoria Wyeth
Meet the Fourth Generation of America’s leading artistic dynasty.
Join us on August 7 in welcoming Victoria, who is visiting from Maine, for an after-hours reception at The MAC with wines by Domaine Carneros. Victoria will begin with a tour through her exhibition “My Andy” containing rare photographs she took of her grandfather Andrew, grandmother Betsy, uncle Jamie, set in many location that provided the settings for their iconic paintings. She will then present a tour sharing the artistic techniques, context and fun family stories surrounding the works on exhibition at The MAC, plus a deeper dive into some of her grandfather Andrew Wyeth’s most famous works, including Christina’s World and Master Bedroom.
